I got the fill up box and everything was cold even though I was there 1 min after my pick up time, biscuits were cold and hard, fries were ice cold they would have been great except for that, and unfortunately it tastes like someone changed the colonels recipe very disappointed ? ?

Second time this has happened used drive up. Was shorted on food 1st time just a piece missing second time months later ordered 8 piece received 5 wings A leg and a breast was never told they were short at drive up. When I returned to explain to manager she said we were short on white meat she made up for loss but still other food was cold now and wasted gas this was at Canon city Feb 2024

Very busy today for lunch. The woman working the counter with the tattoo on her forearm. Was so nice and helpful. As we ate I noticed she was always working. Stocking cups and lids, doing the trash. She needs a raise or promotion. Her work ethic is hard to find these days.

I stopped in and ordered a chicken pot pie, it was a great little lunch and under $10.
The food was trash. I have tried, over the year, 3 different times this last one was nail in the coffin.Not even 6pm doing quick dinner, get home (9mins max) the chicken is cold and OLD. The fries are OLD,over salted, and COLD. We decided to try the new brownie and there was a tag in the box saying it was made 12/22/23 and dispose 12/27/23 ... it is now the 31st...so in the trash it goes(ALSO COLD AND OLD). You know when you spend almost $30 on a meal for the family out and its 3 strikes i'm good. Kinda sucks cuz the 1st time was not bad when they 1st opened, now, lack of care of the quality of food being provided... It ALL couldve been avoided.
