Not sure what you would call this drink….
Definitely not a frappe. It tasted like watered down coffee with slivers of ice on top that was bitter and not sweet whatsoever. I don’t eat at McDonalds too often, but I have had several frappes from McDonalds and this is definitely no where close to it.
She said she was still learning to make the new drinks, so I get it not being perfect, but it being nothing compared to what it was supposed to be is very disappointing. I should have just said to make a regular one at that point, but I was going to give her a shot.
She did say she made it with the wrong lid and was sorry. Then the more I started looking, it was much worse than just a wrong lid.
But…. I had already waited nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru if not longer and was not about to pull up and wait another 15-30 minutes.
I don’t blame her for this, I blame the management for this. Do better at training your employees.

Almost EVERYTIME I go here they makes me wait a long time in the pullover line. I dont know what happens but it feels targeted, I see the screen across from me with people who order abundance of food, most times quite a bit more than me, and DO NOT Have to wait. This has happened more then a handful of times. I am leaving a review for future reference of anyone else wanting to know about the issue.

the most unprofessional mcdonald’s i’ve ever been at, that says a lot since this is McDonald’s were talking about. ariana was wonderful, she was the young staff member assisting us and the only one who was actually helping customers. she was so kind and helpful, thank you ariana! as for the management, yikes, i feel horrible for those employees the way their “manager” speaks to them. the same manager who ignored me and walked around me standing at the front for over ten minutes. thank you again to ariana though, she was the only pleasant part of this experience, and i’m horribly sorry she’s stuck working with such incompetent toolbags. it was horrible service aside from her. waited almost 15 minutes for two egg mcmuffins that were placed in an online order 10+ minutes before. absolutely ridiculous.

I went to this location to pick up a Door Dash order. They close the lobby at 10pm and you need to use the drive thru to pick up after that. It was 9:50 and the drive thru and lobby were empty. I could see that they were cleaning so trying to be considerate I went to the drive thru. I was scolded for doing so and when I asked nicely if they could please just bring it to the window I was told absolutely not and I would have to wait in the drive thru behind other people until I could come back around to the lobby. When I went in there were 3 people standing there doing absolutely nothing. The food that was sitting there getting cold was a whooping 20 ft from the drive thru. I am 58 and am awaiting back surgery, thanks for making me walk unnecessarily due to your horrible laziness!

I ordered one pie and two sodas it took them 10 min before we left mind its only 723 pm not busy to make a pie and get it out to us and still no pie this is ridiculous get it together McDonald's

They are rude to the customers and have no sense to not talk poorly about their customers to other people in the store. Slowest service with a bunch of people who are just standing around not working with a store full of people waiting on their orders.

Watched the Manager on shift tell a costumer to be quiet and was rather rude. All the costumer wanted was his wrong order to be remade properly. This McDonalds need to give its employees a reality check on actual costumer service. Just because you think your worth $16 an hour doesn't mean you are.

It's just not that great anymore. I never went to McDonald's for the food, I went for the value. There is no value eating at McDonald's. I refuse to pay over 8 dollars for a 4 dollar burger. Unaffordable. Paying workers more did not improve or give value to the food.

1. I used some change to pay the exact amount of my bill, and when I handed the lady at the first window my change, she scoffed and rolled her eyes. I understand some times it can be annoying to have to count change, although the lack of professionalism was ridiculous.
2. Once we got to the second window, the lady making it had no gloves on AND had ice cream all over her hands. Not to mention the fact that our McFlurries weren’t even mixed.
3. McFlurries were handed to us with ice-cream all over them, and when kindly asked for napkins the lady rolled her eyes and rudely handed them to us.
