Roll-In Eats is a friendly mom-and-pop food truck in downtown Canyon City. Everything is made fresh. Their breakfast is delicious, with perfect green chile that has just the right amount of spice. The breakfast burritos are hot, tasty, very filling, and you can taste every ingredient. They also serve other items like a pulled pork sandwich with baked beans. The food is really good and prices are very reasonable. It is a great spot for a quick, fresh bite, and the couple running the truck are great.
