Been able to stop by here a couple of times and they’re always so friendly and their breakfast is always fresh and delicious. Their green chile is perfect. So tasty and just the right amount of spice! 😋 🍳 🥓

We stopped and got three breakfast burritos on our way to river rafting. They were delicious! And the couple running the truck are great. I would definitely stop again if we were in the area and needed another quick bite in the morning.

I am from Denver & I refuse to eat anything food a food truck. But ROLL & Eats in Canyon City had the highest ratings in Downtown Canyon City. This is a mom & pop small business. Everything is made fresh . We got their breakfast burritos. They were hot & you could taste every ingredient. They were very filling. I even brought 8 more home. Shout out to Bert & Dave. Will see you next time we come down
