I asked for a chicken sandwhich with no pickles, they put the no pickle sticker but still put pickles. I could not eat it as the taste of pickles makes me sick. Absolutely pointless to buy a sandwhich and them pretend they are gonna do what you ask and do it anyway. Very unhappy.

It is always “hit or miss” with this sonic! My family loves sonic and we stop at sonic a lot even when traveling and this one is probably one of the worst! We’ve had problems before with our order being right, the food being hot, the food taking too long (it literally took 30 minutes one time to get only 4 drinks), the buttons not working properly at the pull in, but today was the “icing on the cake”. We went through the drive through and my son ordered the garlic bacon burger combo and a pretzel, I ordered a foot long coney with no bun (which is what I order every time I go to sonic because I can’t have much bread) with mayo, mustard, and ketchup and they asked me if I still wanted the chili and cheese and I said yes please. We got our food, I pulled the foot long out to make sure it was correct and had to really look because I didn’t hardly see chili and cheese on there. I asked the lady at the window if I could have more on there because there was hardly any on there and every sonic I go to typically puts a decent amount on there and she said let me check with my manager. So then another lady comes to the window, who I don’t know if she was a manager or what, but she said the general manager themselves made it, and they made it according to what they could figure out would be the best amount because it didn’t have a bun ?♀️. I said OK but I have never had any sonic ever give me this little of an amount and you might want to let them know that. And she asked me if I wanted a side of chili and cheese and I said yes, that would be great, thank you! They brought me a small plastic condiment container that had chili in one and cheese in the other, which obviously isn’t enough for much of anything! So disappointed that the customer service in this situation was so overlooked and actually seemed to be kind of petty about it! Then, after leaving, my son, and I both started eating our tater tots and realized that they were cold and super salty!

For all non car users I do not recommend. They put car users over non car users, and they can barely hear you and are rude, take like an hour to get food! So if you're in a hurry to go somewhere but want to grab a quick snack do not. (Even if it's like water)

Scrambling to find a light snack before taking two kids on the train, we stumbled onto Sonic. Staff was super friendly and the corn dogs at 10 am were a godsend since we were able to avoid the pricier lunch on the train tour. Glad we made the stop!

Ordered online...only waited a few minutes, after I arrived, to have my food delivered. After I got my original order delivered, I asked Lexey (who delivered my food), if I could place another order. She took my order and quickly delivered that order as well... correctly, mind you, as she hadn't written it down. Then the card machine wouldn't take my card, so she took it inside to run it and brought it back out to me. She went back and forth a total of three times (six trips in all). Lexy was great! Thank you for amazing service!

Went to drive thru and went to order some food and they were complete out of what I was going to order this like the 5th fastfood place out of food.
I mistakenly entered the incorrect tip amount and submitted my payment after ordering. When I realized how I messed up, I asked the server to relay this information. She told me that the manager would cancel the charge which would fall off my credit card statement and I could make a new charge for the correct amount. Here we are 7 days later and I still have BOTH charges on my account. Nothing fell off. Our one little meal that cost less than $20.00 now cost us $50.00. Very disappointing.Update: As of today (02/12/2024), I've received no assistance in getting this matter resolved. I emailed Sonic Support on Friday with a copy of my receipt and no response.

I ordered a 5 piece tender. The things I received were an absolute joke. I paid 1.71 per tender and this is what I got. Are you kidding me? This one was actually the largest one they gave me. So pathedic its almost funny.
