Having the drive through server say she hates working windows because she has to stand here and talk to people and can't walk around, is off-putting. Hands us the wrong drinks and then takes them back. Then hands us again the wrong drinks. We gave up and drove away with someone else's drinks.

I want to start by saying, I love Starbucks and normally I get excellent service from them. However, this evening I wasn't that impressed. My husband and I went to the City Market to do our weekly grocery shopping and before we actually did said shopping I wanted a drink from Starbucks (venti unsweet green iced tea). When got there, there was only one person working and she seemed to have been having issues understanding the order that person in front of us was placing. When it was my turn to order, the worker again seemed a little confused at what my order was. Because sometimes it's hard to understand what I say, I often have to repeat myself at most twice, which fine, but this evening, between both my husband and I, we had to repeat my order to the worker at least 4 times.After the worker finally got my order correct and I paid for my drink, we went to wait for them to make my order. We had waited at least 10 minutes or so and in that time, the employee had served at least 2 or 3 more customers, never once even attempting to get my order completed. My husband got up and kindly asked about when my drink would be ready, only to find out the employee had completely forgotten about us. Now I feel I should state that this employee wasn't a manager or supervisor. As they were finally making my drink they said that we wouldn't be charged for it, when we reminded them that we had already paid for the drink (as is standard when going to restaurants like this - pay first than you get your order), and then they were like "oh yeah, well i'll get you an IOU." After getting us our order, the tore a page out of a note poke wrote the IOU on it and then handed it us. As nice as it was for them to try to do this, I'm pretty sure (and I could be wrong) that they didn't have the authority to give out free drinks. It didn't feel right taking it, so we didn't keep the paper that was handed to us.Like I said normally I don't have issues with Starbucks (either location in town), but this evening's experience, I feel that this person shouldn't have been left alone as they seemed to get confused and be forgetful very easily.

I hate to say it, the cold brew is so much better here than the small business coffee shops in town. They've had the same employees for years too. If you're coming to town to visit avoid City on the Hill and Bean Pedaler on just go here.

Friendly staff. Amazed by the Plant and Floral Employees. So knowledgeable, they go out of their way to ensure you understand the proper care and maintenance of the flora... They have turned me into a Hyacinth year round bulb grower, by putting them in a brown paper bag in the fridge for 4 weeks. Voila year round scents... This visit i got Sedum, which will be a wonderful ground cover and will come back year after year. So refreshing when staff listen and care. Kudos to Cindy.

Only people in store, but took forever since they prioritize drive-through and remote orders. An order looked like ours but was called out for Mie or Mia. Finally, wife went up...aparrently, Mie was Mike without the K.They.also fogot my wife's order. Not good service at all.

Got food from the deli and the guy working at the deli told me I have to get forks from Starbucks. So we went to Starbucks and I asked for forks, then noticed the woman working there named Trish, whom I personally know and we have issues, was very rude to me and said they don’t have any forks. Then my mom went there and asked for forks but she sure did give my mom forks. Oh, I thought you don’t have any forks?… When you work somewhere, you’re going to run into people you don’t like, but you’re still supposed to be professional while working and not be rude to your customers. She was rude and was lying to me.

Well! I heard they might have to close one of their stores on the dark side of the moon for lack of spun out 9-10 year olds. “We try to get them when they’re young”I was once told by a manager . Yo SB,I make better coffee w/ my Keurig !
