Ordered online got the hot shot ..missing salami my avocado basically just a vegi sub hardly had any pepperoni on it
Kam was clearly sick. Alone at first. Slow as a snail. 2 other chick's in back. One on the phone the other maybe a break. Lobby is trashed. Trash over flowing. Food on thr floor tables not cleaned. And after making my 2 sandwiches all the girls went into the back. Left the lobby trashed. The line was nasty.

Waited awhile too get are meal which was someone's else's order ,, this isn't rocket science so that cashier passed the blame and so on

The worst sandwich I ever had, not even 6 inch more like 4 inch I said some thing she just laught at me never go there again.
The guy working tonight has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's not that hard. And if you sell someone a cold meatball sub... the least you can do is apologize.

A real toxic environment. All of the customers were walking on egg shells because of how mad, rude, and toxic the workers were. Made a mess of each sandwich. Bread felt and tasted like it had sat out for several days. Pretty gross. Everyone had to listen to the “mad at corporate, mad at the customers, mad at the world” rants. Not worth the time or money.

Rebecca was unprofessional. She was making rude comments to the customers, and did not represent Subway well.

Went to Subway today with 5 people in line it took 30 minutes to order. Rebecca was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and when asked a questions she responded, “use your common sense.” She stated, “can’t you see we’re busy,” when someone asked about an online order. She asked customers if she crawled into their oven if she would die. Overall I will not be returning to this Subway.

Waited 45+ minutes to order food. Employee behind counter was working ridiculously slow, not even trying to put effort into quality of food or speed of service. There was one family and the sandwich artist took 45+ minutes to serve them. Absolutely ridiculous. If that wasn’t enough after waiting all this time they claimed that their machines were not scanning the coupon we brought. I find it funny that a smaller location in a freakin Walmart has better speed of service and costumer support. Skip this one and go to any other subway or restaurant. Food was pretty terrible too. Don’t send me spam coupons in the mail if you can’t honor them.

Katie is the most rudest person ever. Almost screams at you first of all. When told a 12 inch sandwich on wheat she screams backs what bread. Then tells us there's no roast beef. So we cancel sandwich number 2. And so she walks away not finishing sandwich nunber1 or finishing taking our other orders. 10 minutes later we decide she's not coming back, so we leave. The person in front of us is also waiting on his sandwich to be completed.
