The level of patience the guy behind the counter was amazing. Lady in front of me claimed the bread was too hard and wanted two sandwiches remade, was told all white bread was like that but refused to give up and insisted on white. Tried to get double meat when it wasn’t on the original. A lot more patience than I would’ve been able to deal with

Wow I just went in to get a sandwich and there was a customer ahead of me and the guy Kevin behind the counter must of been having a rough day, throwing things, had a major attitude, online orders were coming in and he was throwing the tickets for the orders and was flat out rude! I will not be returning to this subway

The person working left to the bathroom. There was we will be back in 5 minutes sign. It took 30 minutes from the time I got there. They came back looking like they just got done shooting up. It took them more than 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches! I personally will not be going back to this location!
When I got home and took my first bite of sandwich, it was hard. Like day old bread hard. I definitely will be telling everyone who eats Subway to stay away from this location!

We are standing here and are being told that the register is down and that they can’t make sandwiches. Although the register is displaying the last order paid. Also the employee seems to have shut everything down so he can eat. Don’t they have designated lunch breaks. This subway in big daddy’s gas station is definitely something else.

The guy working there on 02/09/2024 at 11:30 AM made our sandwiches very lazily, and you could tell he had everything better to do than customer service and satisfaction. Not only were the sandwiches basically thrown together, but my lady found a disgusting piece of hair in her sandwich that came from his head, no doubt, considering he was not wearing a hairnet, yet balding, which in my opinion if you're working in a restaurant, whether you're balding or not, a haircare should always be worn. This seriously needs to be addressed by management.P.S. the prepackaged chips were great though.
