Employees were nice and welcoming. I ordered 2 tacos, they messed up my order. I asked for a remake and they messed that up to. Irritated, I took my original and just left. It was poorly made, all sauce on one side, all meat on the other. I do not recommend this location. For the prices of the food, you'd think the quality would be better, but I guess that's the cost of convenience. I also did not get the sauce packets I requested.

I have to give recognition when its needed. I haven't liked the canon city sight for a while because my food was horrible everytime I went. but tonight it was far from horrible. the night crew did an amazing job with my order. me and my husband were quite surprised. you guys were on point and had amazing customer service. Well done.

Ordered Taco Bell from drive thru once received my food, they did not fulfill the order correctly. They gave me the wrong order. I order a 7 dollar box they gave me a number 7. There were only 2 cars ahead of me.

We have 1 taco bell within hours of where i live so I really enjoy coming here on occasion. However, my last experience there was extremely lacking. I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and 6 bean and cheese burritos with green sauce. Bothe 5 layers were just normal burritos wrapped in 2 tortillas, and the green sauce was non existent in the others, making them all super dry, disgusting bean burritos. Not even hardly an cheese. I spent 25 minutes in the drive through, while they catered to dine ins first, which was extremely awful because once you're in the drive through, you are trapped there and cant leave if its too busy. As a single driver, people cant even run in to use the bathroom during such a long wait. More than anything, I just wish the orders were correct, as I live over an hour away. The girl at the window was super sweet however.

Don't count on the lobby being open. Just came down out of the mountains from camping, going home to Pueblo. The signage on the doors stated the lobby was open at 9:00? I was there at 10:00, but the lobby was not open. You can't count on this place for a stop. Just drove on.

Takes forever. Waited 45 min in drive thru for a online order. And then it was not right so got to make the choice of another 45 min or say screw it this is apparently what I am eating now. I have never got the correct order in the past 5 yrs. However, I have gotten through the drive thru in 20 minutes before.

I ordered two Luxe boxes online to pick up in the dining area as soon as possible. I arrive and they announce my order, so I think OK whatever, at least it’ll be fresh. I’m outside in the lobby for 15 minutes. There were only 1 vehicle in the drive-through when I arrived. They served multiple different cars and I noticed there were two boxes at the window by the drive-through and I asked the cashier, “hey could you check on my order? It’s been 15 minutes and there was 1 car when I arrived and there was nobody in the lobby.” Turns out my two boxes were the ones waiting at the drive-through the whole time. This Taco Bell always messes up orders and there’s no communication with cashiers and cooks. I love Taco Bell, but I’m to the point where I don’t even want to go there anymore due to situations like this. Would not recommend.

I don't understand how this place is still operating. Desperate hunger?
After waiting an hour to get my order I then need to wait another 30 min for someone to acknowledge that I'm still waiting for my cup.

Then when I finally get my food, maybe one taco is actually what I ordered.

This place is awful and needs some new management or something.

$30 to get the most messed up food I have ever had. Gas station hotdogs are a step up honestly.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this restaurant and 1/10 times they have been fairly accurate. Today, I’m just kind of sick of these stats. I ordered two of their refrescas, 1 dragon fruit and one passionfruit. My daughters arrived as some watered down yellow.. tea? I can’t tell by taste. (It was supposed to be dragonfruit) and both of the drinks had no fruit. Every time I order cheese on things or on the side they miss it (which is stupidly pricey!) and this time my pizza is completely demolished and stale tasting with very little sauce. I would’ve stopped getting food here but my daughter loves Taco Bell and unfortunately this is the only one in town. This restaurant needs to be either revamped or replaced at this point. Read all of these reviews. It’s telling
