This is overall the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen the food is small portions they are often out of things. And don't get me started about the wait time it's no joke the longest I have ever had to wait for food and when I complained to mgr he turned around and walked away didn't say a word I will drive to Pueblo West Taco Bell if I was you
Ok place
I have eaten at this Taco Bell twice in the last month. The first time there was dirty tables and no forks and we were told there were no forks after we already paid for our food. The second time was today 6/5/25, and the two burrito supremes were cold and runny.
Dining room sodas empty. Received a wrong menu item, got a replacement that was also wrong and was told that it was what we had ordered. Apparently they do not know their own menu. Received another replacement item that they should have been embarrassed to serve.
They have a hard time keeping it staffed so the workers are overworked and sacrifice quality because of it.
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt because I know food service is a tough job but these guys never get my order right the first try. I always end up having to go back because of missing items and incorrect ingredients.
This place would honestly do more justice if they closed there doors. The food is always soggy and gross do to long wait times, the lobby is barley open so if you order online thinking you’ll beat the line think again and there so under employed it’s amazing they can even operate it. Now I’m not saying it’s managements fault but at the same time it’s been like this for over 5 years with a steady decline. Would I ever suggest to come to this location NO NEVER but with that said about 30min east from here there’s 4 Taco Bell’s that do great every time.

This location is always open when it says it should be open, no matter how little help they have (sometimes 1 window person and 1 in the kitchen). They are always smiling, positive and get the order right. No matter the line and wait they keep their cool and always deliver. The window guy Ayden W is an exceptional human being and makes my day better. Keep up the great work and thank you for the hard work!!

While I waited in the drive up forever, then got my turn to order and was told I could only use the mobile app which I didn't have! Ridiculous and always something at thAt place

Food is missing out of our order. The veggie burrito was suppose to have jalapeños while the meat one was supposed to have the fiesta strips. They got it backwards. They didn’t give us the tostada or cinnamon twist. Everything in the bag was covered in sauce. Worst visit ever.

So we went thru the drive thru about 30 minutes ago. We had to go inside to get the items we were missing. The excuse and I’ve heard this before from this store….we are running out of ingredients.
That is a poor excuse for not giving items that were paid for. So now I’m going to raise this issue to regional. The phrase “we are running out of ingredients “ must be taught somewhere along the line.
Others walked in, complained about the same thing and were given the same excuse. So this is not an isolated incident.

Taco Bell cooperate needs to get involved with this location and close it down. If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would and I’m sure the entire town would give zero stars as well.
The people who work here have the INSIDE DINE IN AREA CLOSED 24/7!!!!!! They aren’t interested. This makes people wait up to an hour in the drive thru.

Normally this wouldn't be a good review, but this time it is. We ordered online, a large order. They were a little slow getting our order to us but when they did it was al there and it was hot. They did well that night.

Seriously don’t know how they stay open, every week it’s something new, the card reader doesn’t work, no items no help. Whoever owns this franchise should look into either selling to someone who knows how to run a business or get lessons
