We love going here when we are visiting Colorado.The staff is super friendly, the ice cream is made in house. There is a section of sweet chocolates in a separate case. I got the peppermint stick ice cream and it was on point. This is 100% hands down the best ice cream ever. The portions are extremely generous and the owner is especially kind.

Parking: There are plenty of spits in front of the store and along the backside of the store.

Visited You Scream Treat Emporium and was absolutely blown away! The customer service was top-notch – everyone was friendly and attentive. The place was spotless, which made the experience even better. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the treats. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delightful experience! Will definitely be back!

This place is awesome!! Great selection of hard ice cream flavors and a nice little case of chocolate confections such as truffles, etc.

Most importantly for me and my fellow dairy free/gluten free peeps, they have options!!!! Dairy free soft serve ice cream in both vanilla and chocolate flavors. Gluten free cake style cones AND sugar style cones.

Absolutely wonderful service, graciously allowed my toddlers to sample the ice cream before committing which is a big deal with toddlers. Were very attentive to everyone even though the establishment was packed. The ice cream was Absolutely delicious with the Ammeretto being the best I've ever had. The kids are already begging to go back again. Highly recommended local place.

Cute place, lots of flavors, but despite seeing on Facebook that they had dairy-free ice cream, upon asking I was told "not today" so I have no idea if it's good ice cream or not. Sorbet was the option... yuck.

Clean and wide quaulity variety of treats. Very nice atmosphere inside and outside lounge area. Easy parking on 4th Street. Generous portions and friendly owner and staff. Great place for treating a wife or ladyfriend. Im sure children think they are in heaven when they walk in.

Parking: There are several spots at their curb front. More across the street. More in a parking lot just across street.

Kid-friendliness: Very good access for stroller. Low seats and tables for children. Great attitude of staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp in. There is plenty of maneuvering space inside.

Due to a pretty severe dairy allergy, I must avoid ice cream. However, when I heard that a vegan soft serve option was now available at a local spot, well, we checked them out one day after lunch. And now, I am hooked! Even when I could eat dairy and ice cream as a kid, I never really enjoyed Dairy Queen. But this vegan option right in Canon City is truly amazing - I highly recommend giving it a try! You won’t regret it. :D
