I recently visited this Cajun restaurant and tried a few dishes to share with a friend. The seafood gumbo was delicious, and the chicken jambalaya was slammin! The shrimp po' boy could've used a few more shrimp, either in size or quantity, but the taste was on point. The fried gator bites were perfectly cooked—no fishy taste at all, which is rare to find this far from the South telling me they were prepped correctly.
