We stopped for lunch and had hamburgers. We both had the cheeseburger which actually came out with two patties, which surprised us. It was really really good. The french fries were awesome. The waitress that day was very very busy and yet always had time for our table. And then we stopped in another day for breakfast. We had a short wait and we were both very hungry. Our food came out really fast considering that the place was packed. Unfortunately our food was cold with a few...

Maybe we hit the kitchen during a change but I joked with my friend they must be slaughtering her chicken. Over 45 minutes for a grilled chicken salad,1/2 BLT sandwich and a cup of lukewarm tomato soup. And no server to keep us updated. The table behind us got at least that. Very disappointing

This is the kind of place that’s best if you’re relaxed and ready to eat a “home cooked” meal. The service was great and Carrie, the waitress, was every bit as good as other reviews noted. Food was absolutely great at a reasonable price. There was maybe a 5 minute wait while they got a booth ready, but nothing unexpected for a decent meal.
