I placed an order for mine and my friend's birthday cake a week in advance. I came to pick it up with the picture I wanted placed on it, like they said to bring in. I set the pick up time for 4 o'clock and I did explain to them that I live 45 minutes away. When I got there that day, no one was there, but the Delhi people.
