Wendy's in Canon City Colorado is by far one of the best I have ever been to. We recently had a huge snowstorm that knocked out the power throughout town. Every single fast food restaurant and a normal restaurant was completely shut down. So the owner of and manager of Wendy's decided to open. Tons of people were without power and Wendy's was the only place they could get hot food. Five stars to the great staff that kept up with the huge rush.

Stopped by for breakfast. Ordered my food and then asked to use the restroom because a code has to be entered to open the restroom door. The young man behind the counter was not busy and took a very negative attitude about opening the door for me. I'm not sure why because I asked politely, but it must have been a bad morning for him. That does not give him the right to be rude to a customer!! They then made me wait ten minutes for potato wedges and did not apologize!

Was a very nice Drive-Thru experience. Service was exceptional.Burger was great, lettuce was the best I've had I dunno if there doing something different here but was really great. Parking lot is one way, and a little confusing if you enter one way and you need to get to the Drive Thru, but understandable given the location.

I’ve purchased food from this location many times. Unfortunately the quality is not there. Salads with wilted lettuce, expired vegetables or cold chicken when it should be warmed. Fries soaked in grease and cold or burnt. Chili always upsets your stomach. Always expensive too! $40+ for a family meal. I think it’s very strange and unsanitary that the food is prepared RIGHT next to the drive through window. In the summer you can see flies going in and out. And no matter the season, the staff is always stacked in there like sardines due to the horrendous layout.

Staff was OK, but that was the worst tasting, laziest made burger ice probably ever had. Bread so stale the edges were hard as stone. Patty over cooked or been sitting a while. Way more cheese on it then its supposed to have and and melted at all. Needless to say I did not eat more than a few bites then tossed the rest.

Went in to get food before an event at my high school. Went with my partners mom and younger brother to get food. I ordered a baconatoir with only bacon and lettuce. I received cheese on it. I had to request five times for it to be fixed till the manger fixed it. The service was nice it even said on the receipt only bacon and lettuce. It was a nice ambiance but not five stars worth.
