The fact that I moved to Glenwood Springs and nothing will ever compare to Beijing Tokyo! My family's been going there for years and not only drag me out in a few places from Colorado just because like this is not la Chinese and thank you for the best experience of my life

Simply. Delicious.
Kung Pao Shrimp - spicy, but not overly so. Sauce is delicious. There is a lot of it, but it's the high end kind. Not where the sauce just overwhelms the dish. Veggies were crunchy and wonderful. Shrimp cooked to perfection. Portion size is big enough that I took some leftovers (which I ate for lunch the next day while writing up this review).
Husband ordered the Cashew Chicken which also got two thumbs up. I got a bite, too, and wanted to steal another and another...
We shared a Wor Wonton Soup which had a fantastic broth. The wonton along with the stuffing was perfect. The celery was very fresh, flavorful, and crunchy.
And had we not been exhausted from a long day of road tripping and visiting Dinosaur National Monument we would have enjoyed walking to and from the restaurant to our AirBnB. Good location for us.

I’m not sure how they get to cold this Chinese food. It’s not even close. The only thing close to Chinese is Chinatown in Glenwood Springs, which is acceptable.
way overpriced for what you get. we got two different dishes that were exactly the same. shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce, my wife got ginger chicken. both had the same sauce with the same ingredients and tasted exactly alike with exception of the meat. both were drenched with way too much sauce. wouldn't recommend this place at all.
