I love Bonfire coffee! It has a rich, roasted flavor with no bitterness. They offer ColoraDough donuts but ours were slightly stale - day old? But the atmosphere was just right, a quiet backroom for relaxing and chatting.

The place is very nice and everyone is very friendly. The food that Oscar prepares is delicious and Lety is a sweetheart. We loved the experience and returned every day of our vacation. It is also perfect to work from there, the music and the atmosphere are very cozy <3

I love Bonfire!! Their coffee is some of the best, especially for a local roaster! The food is always delicious too. Oscar makes a mean turkey ciabatta sandwich and Leti (the kitchen manager) is so sweet and keeps the place running smoothly. Can’t recommend Bonfire more highly!!

Everytime I visit this lovely Town of Carbondale:I stop to get breakfast Coffee or Te, sandwiches omelette or a Danish scones or croissants ? are yummy yummy!? ,try the afogaró , very cozy place to gather or do some remote work also enjoy the artwork of many locals artists while you sip your coffee!
