My family had a great experience at CBW today. I had the Marzen and Hazy IPA. Both were true to style and very poundable. All of our food was made fresh in house and was top quality. We waddled out extremely full. Our waitress, Sophia, had a charming personality and took such good care of us. This will be a regular stop when we are in the area. Highly recommend it.
Such a great place to eat and have some beers with friends. This pub has a great environment, a friendly staff and an even better selection of craft beer. My kids enjoyed the burgers and Mac and cheese. My wife and I indulged in the BBQ pulled pork. We also tried a couple of different beers and hard seltzer. Both great!! This pub is a reason to come back to town.
Carbondale Beer Works has been a pillar of downtown Carbondale for years. In that time, they have perfected their craft and honed their identity to become one of the valley's very best rooms to enjoy alcohol and food in.
