This is such a great little spot to grab food in town! We stopped by with our dog and were happy to find comfortable outdoor seating, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, the drinks were well-made, and everything came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely nice, which made us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you immediately want to revisit, and I’d definitely come back...
No idea what that C-U-Next-Tuesday Diane person is talking about... Grabbed a beer here this afternoon and Victor was the nicest bartender you'd ever meet. Super chill & laid back vibe that keeps you coming back to Carbondale.

We stopped at this brewery on the way to aspen snowmass and I can’t recommend it enough. Service was fantastic, two of us had 4 different beers and they were nice enough to let us try a few to make sure we liked them.
