Hands down my favorite spot in Carbondale! The combination of amazing food, refreshing drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back. The Guero Taco is my personal favorite. And if you haven’t tried their frozen margarita yet, you’re missing out! The staff is always friendly, and the vibe makes it a great place to relax with friends or enjoy a casual night out. Highly recommend!
We love eating and drinking at La Raza when we are in Carbondale. The servers are friendly and welcoming, the food is hot and delicious and the spicy margs as good as it gets. We can’t wait to go back!
Our favorite watering hole! We decided to host our Welcome Party for all of our guests that have come to town for town for our Wedding Weekend. We had an absolute blast!!! We had a DJ, open bar, and some snack food. Best service - they even set up Beer pong for us on the Patio :) Adam, Jordan, Rigo, and Brad are all amazing! Thank you for an amazing time!
