Food was good. However, the bar b Que ribs had too much sauce. Also the fried chicken was dripping in sauce. I think it would be better if they were brought to the table dry and the customer put sauce on as wanted. Our overall experience however was great.

Haven't been to this restaurant in a few years. I used to love it, but the food was mediocre. Chicken spring roll was average. A salmon bowl had dry pieces of salmon in a tasteless sauce. The salmon curry was cooked perfectly but the seasoning was forgettable. Basil chicken was very good. Margaritas were excellent and the service was superb. Maybe go for drinks and appetizers?

Very tasty beef and cashew stir fry, especially the broth. Delicious and flavorful without the spice (on purpose). I don't like Thai food generally, but I love this Thai food. The host and server were delightful, prompt and professional. The entrees came quickly from the kitchen soon after the tasty brussel sprouts. Next time I'll ask them to slow the experience a bit. You'll want to linger at this very cool eatery in Carbondale.

READ THIS: Chicken Egg Roll was the best part of the meal. Phat Thai was shareable with three shrimp that had the tail on??? Why?? It adds literally NOTHING to the dish. Also bland. I have no idea how, but the shrimp taste worse than the tofu????
Phat si iew? more like phat So Ew. It was soupy, and the best thing I can say is that the broccoli had a hint of beef and broccoli from a Chinese place you’d order takeout from on a late night munchies binge.
Brownie was like a flourless brownie that had wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much cocoa in it. Ice cream was just straight gross. Also they were out of cream so I didn’t even taste it together. Like a -7/10 and I eat brownies everywhere I go.
For the price I give this negative rating. -2.5 /10
Since I got takeout on my honeymoon I give it 1. Youre welcome I’m nice. Eat cold pizza before this place.

Best restaurant in Carbondale, with a phenomenal staff. Fun cocktails-like the Smokey Treat with mezcal, pineapple, lime, agave and egg white foam. Delicious apps-like the steamed buns. Mains are really good- signature Mama Phat is heaven and we always get it. Pair it with anything else on the menu. Have fun!

My partner and I love coming here....our favorite restaurant in the Roaring Fork Valley. The food is awesome and the servers as well. If you are sensitive to crowd noise, you might want to consider coming in early.

Food like always was great. Waiter was slow in coming over after we were seated and drinks also took a while. Also, the place was not packed so I do not understand the reason. This is not normal for Phat Thai.

It’s fun when you spend $50 on takeout, so you can eat it on a long drive, but you can’t get any utensils to eat the food. Apparently they were out of utensils. Not ideal for takeout. On the plus side, the food is excellent when you can eat it, and we’ve always had a good experience at the restaurant, which is why we stopped by for the takeout.
