Food very mediocre and service inattentive and slow. We couldn’t understand why there was a one hour wait. Avoid.

Amazing thai food, super service. We had particular vegan dietary restrictions and were very well catered. Must visit and highly recommend it.

Sort of a Thai fusion but rly good. If you’re looking for traditional Thai food it’s a bit different.
Would 100% recommend though.

We had a great experience. If you are thinking to going out for dinner please call them and make a reservation because most of the time restaurant is very busy you won’t be able to make reservations for the same day.
Food is really great.
So many varieties and each has its own taste.

Incredible, flavorful, satiating food. The Som Tom Loa salad(green papaya) is crave worthy. The spicy green curry, the short ribs, the fried chicken-I could go on and on about the delicious food. Friendly atmosphere and fantastic service, especially if you get Lacy or Amber Sparkles. Solid drinks and it’s easy to make a reservation. Overall one of the best restaurants in the RFV. Well worth your money. Eric the owner will ensure you receive nothing but the best. 10/10

Been here many times the last few years and its just so so delicious. a lot of really unique takes on thai dishes. i am sure they have a term for it but lets call it Colorado thai. the pumpkin soup, the satay, the papaya salad, the curries with duck or lamb or salmon, chicken basil, i have yet to have a bad dish. maybe the fried rice is a little dull, but thats not what you're there for. so many great choices, we frequently end up eating in AND taking some out for the next day. a little loud and not a fan of the community table they installed, but neither thing really tips the scales. this place rocks.

We were visiting some friends in Colorado (we're from MN) and they said we just had to go to Phat Thai. It's one of their favorite restaurants, and now it's one of ours! The food and service was stellar. Our favorites were the Mama Phat, Fried Chicken Thai Style, and the Coconut Rice! 100% recommend!

Great recommendation from our Airbnb host. Hearty portions and the food was delicious, with the right amount of spiciness. Perfect warm meal on a cold and rainy night.
