Tried it a few times pretty much a disappointment. Had the salmon panang curry last night, would not order again. Chicken satay was not great either.

I love getting the red duck curry when I dine at Phat Thai. The flavors are great with tender duck. You can’t go wrong with any of their dishes here!

I have been going to Phat Thai since Mark Fisher opened years ago. My favorite item was the water fall beef. What I was served tonight was three strips of medium rare beef, accompanied with raw vegetables and a glob of bad rice with a container of some green sauce. THIS WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE GREAT ENTRE I ONCE ORDERED UNDER MARK'S OWNERSHIP. A complete disappointment. I paid my ticket in full with a generous tip to the poor server who suffered through my irritation . Will not be back!

A little pricey but super yummy — we got noodles and some very delicious tom yum gung soup.

I used to live in the area then moved to Vail. I miss this restaurant but eat here many times when I'm in town or passing by. I've tried a decent amount of their offerings and can tell you hands down their best dishes are. Food quality is great and portions are decent for the price. But yes it's not your typical Thai restaurant but the concept is phenomenal. The menu is thoughtfully created. The inside takes me back to restaurant/lounges in DC. The owner is usually around and you can tell he has taste and class. Nice welcoming guy. Plates - BBQ slow roasted Berkshire pork - I consider this their flagship dish. Get it with their kim-chi slaw and coconut rice. The rice adds a transitional sweetness that compliments the glaze on the pork. I love this dish. Curries - Hands down the Red Duck Curry beats out all of their other curries. I end up adding extra chili salt and sugar sometimes for my personal taste but it's dam good. I'd say this is their second flagship dish. This is an original dish and you will never find anything like it anywhere else. The green curry on the other hand is forgettable and would recommend skipping it. RED DUCK CURRY IS WHAT YOU NEED TO CHOOSE. The short rib ramen is actually pretty good especially on a cold day. I would like to try their Laksa next time. I'm skeptical about their stir fried noodle dishes so have never tried them. I'd be surprised if they have well seasoned wok to flavor and caramelize the noodles at high heat. The photos of their noodles don't look like they do but maybe I'm wrong. A hidden gem and unique take on thai food. Hard to find places like this in the high country.

Always a treat, worth the wait, one of my favs. It's a pricey option for take out, typically I take out of town guests

Spiciest noodles I ever had. Delicious beer to wash it down. Nice atmosphere, cool staff. This place is often packed so you might need to wait a bit for a table.

I've lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 7 years. I have never eaten a bad meal at Phat Thai until last night. I ordered one of my favorite entrees, Spicy Chicken Basil. Typically the chicken is pounded thin and deliciously tender. Last night it was cubed, tough and flavorless. The broccoli in the dish tasted like it was steamed in the microwave. No spice whatsoever. Bland bland bland. And what happened to the rice crackers on the table? So disappointed.

I went here for dinner recently and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and they were easily able to work around my wheat and soy allergies. I can't speak to the interior atmosphere since my group sat outside, but we were comfortable. I had the fried chicken and papaya salad, both of which were well-portioned and super tasty. I also had the coconut martini, which was perfect - not too sweet. I would definitely recommend and revisit!Dietary restrictions: Options available for gluten-free and soy-free diets/restrictions.
