Our first trip to Plosky’s while vacationing in Carbondale was a great one. The bagel was amazing (and very large!) and the staff was very kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to eat there again when we are in the area.

Great Coffee- Cool Staff
Atmosphere is very bottom of a hotel feel
But some outside seating which is nice
Local Customers are a little snooty and stand offish
Bagels are $3 - probly some of the cheapest food you'll find in Carbondale
I recommend the Egg Salt Bagel

Bagels are great and my son says he loves their oat milk. Great sandwiches with sprouts, bacon, avo, etc. and vegan and gluten free options. Super nice staff, plenty of spill over seating indoors and outdoors.

the best gluten free bread options (especially the English muffin) and sandwiches. I only wish there were a turkey club already on the menu because the build your own option winds up being 2x the price of the menu sandwiches.
