The staff was caught a little short handed by our large group on a weekday. They managed to seat us and were so gracious with their service. I had their amazing lamb chops and the rest of our group was similarly impressed with their meals. Thank you Roosters!

Each time I eat here I have a good meal, enjoy the environment and I like the people who work there. Yes I recommend Roosters, go there.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, the service was friendly and consistent, they were busy BUSY but it did not compromise the quality whatsoever! Definitely coming back!

It was ok. Went for breakfast. The place didn’t seem clean. Dirty windows. Dirty tables around us when we came in that were never cleaned while we were there. Food was ok. Not good hash browns.

YUM. Fantastic dinner here. The lamb and the steak were both incredible. The cream cheese mashed potatoes... genius. Good wine selection. Everything was very, very good--and most items were gluten-free-friendly--and delivered with great service. Go eat here, now.

We walked downtown for a bite to eat and found this place open. Great outside seating. Great service. And a great meal to boot. I would eat here again.

Mountain Air Roasters The best coffee in the world!

Great wings and good service!

Love breakfast and dinner here. Enjoy the outdoor patio and the food is delicious. And there's plenty of gluten-free choices.

Probably the best patio and atmosphere in Carbondale. Amazing cocktails!

The eggs Benedict were very good as well as the eggs and corn beef hash. Don’t be in a hurry though, they are slow moving.

Ambiance -Nice. Service -OK. Food -Eh. We popped in here when our first choice was too long of a wait for our grumbly tummy's. Our meals while good, didn't blow our minds. We both had parts of our order missing. Bathrooms -disappointing. They had 2 unisex bathrooms -YEA for inclusion! I'd say unisex should have urinals. I don't like going in after a man and having to put the seat down. Then to find the seat broken was a bummer. All this in what is, at least striving to be, a higher end eatery.

The lamb chops! The bbq ribs! The pork tenderloin! The prime rib! The rotisserie chicken!

Had breakfast yesterday and it was fantastic! Went today for coffee and smoothies on our way out of town and had a horrible experience. Waited almost 30 min, ordered twice, our smoothies tasted terrible as they were missing many of the ingredients. It appeared as if today was their chaotic opening day and it wasn't. Not sure why the service differed from yesterday to today but my 10 year old daughter's lemonade stand is better run than their coffee/juice bar.

Um. Yeah. P.R.E.T.E.N.T.I.O.U.S. We did not eat here because the wait staff literally completely ignored us as we stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign. They saw us and made eye contact (multiple times) but continued to ignore us while giving us what appeared to be almost a smirk that said, "yeah, we see you, and yeah, we're ignoring you." They didn't appear to be terribly busy, but they even ignored my husband as he approached one of them and stood there politely waiting to ask if we should continue waiting...or what. He stood right there, and the young woman staff person acted as if he were invisible. Seriously? I don't think I've even encountered this much attitude in Denver when we lived there, and Denver has got a whole lot of attitude these days. Ick. This is exactly the kind of B.S. that made us move out of our formerly cool North Denver neighborhood. Made us really glad we didn't get a seat and found a much friendlier place to have lunch.
