First this Starbucks is in the new City Market not the closed location. I’m not sure who trained the afternoon crew but they don’t make the drinks correctly and then they want to argue with you. Every cold drink that has whipped cream, they never add it and then say they don’t come with it. A white mocha comes with whipped cream. I’m paying for the drink I ordered. The morning crew is top notch. The mornings by crew always makes the drinks correctly.

The ice is not the same as normal Starbucks and melts too fast.
The inside area is not chill, grocery store music and loud groups talking, very noisy.
There is a nice looking outside area with much less distractions but the tables are caked with sticky disgusting spilled drinks and food scraps….it looks like they haven’t been cleaned all summer long and the only cleaning they get is rain/snow.

The rudest Starbucks I've ever visited. We went to Carbondale, CO over the weekend. There were 2 servers here. Neither one of them says good morning. The female had a bad attitude. The male just looked at us. I mean what's going on? what's up with the unfriendliness? It was too early to be grumpy! When she gave me my coffee, I told them " You guys have a great day! NO RESPONSE! They were like zombies!

It’s a Starbucks, it’s expensive af for a small cup of coffee. This location is always out of stuff, to the point where we are wondering if they have cups when we come in. Staff is also like passive aggressively angry. Just go to another Starbucks.

It seems pretty clear that the people working there are miserable. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, or lack of training but it’s a very unpleasant experience from beginning to end. No one actually smiles, or says hello, no matter how polite one can be as a client there’s no reason reciprocal politeness, They just seem annoyed that you’re there asking for coffee. I try not to go there but at least once a month I give it another chance.

The woman with the dark brown hair in her early 20s is holding this store together. The blond woman at the register is rude and messing up orders while brown hair lady is running around and fixing drinks (hot vs cold) left and right. She is friendly and made the long wait pleasant even thought she was probably stressed. I don’t know how she’s managing to not pull her hair out
