The rudest Starbucks I've ever visited. We went to Carbondale, CO over the weekend. There were 2 servers here. Neither one of them says good morning. The female had a bad attitude. The male just looked at us. I mean what's going on? what's up with the unfriendliness? It was too early to be grumpy! When she gave me my coffee, I told them " You guys have a great day! NO RESPONSE! They were like zombies!

It’s a Starbucks, it’s expensive af for a small cup of coffee. This location is always out of stuff, to the point where we are wondering if they have cups when we come in. Staff is also like passive aggressively angry. Just go to another Starbucks.

I just wanna say that today during the lunch rush there was only one girl running the entire place. She did an excellent job trying to pace a crowd that she was clearly understaffed for. I hope Safeway is able to hire some help soon but Starbucks please know that she was lovely.

Clueless staff. 3 people working on a Saturday morning. One at the register evening when no one is ordering. One person making drinks. And one person handing drinks to customers. They were backed up and the other tow sat around and watched. AND they got a basic order wrong. Not a well trained team.

It seems pretty clear that the people working there are miserable. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, or lack of training but it’s a very unpleasant experience from beginning to end. No one actually smiles, or says hello, no matter how polite one can be as a client there’s no reason reciprocal politeness, They just seem annoyed that you’re there asking for coffee. I try not to go there but at least once a month I give it another chance.

The woman with the dark brown hair in her early 20s is holding this store together. The blond woman at the register is rude and messing up orders while brown hair lady is running around and fixing drinks (hot vs cold) left and right. She is friendly and made the long wait pleasant even thought she was probably stressed. I don’t know how she’s managing to not pull her hair out
This is the best Starbucks store that I have ever gone to. I go there every time I'm in town and the customer service is amazing. They are always so kind! The drinks are delicious and you can tell they know what they're doing!! Would recommend:)

It's been about two months since opening but no dark roast coffee at a Starbucks at 8:20am? And they say they are "out" and not making more! If you come in the afternoon be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes for one drink. They need to re-do their training here. Starbucks corporate needs to watch their "licensed" stores.
