We had a wonderful meal at Tiny Pine. The food was delicious and so good. Best biscuits and great meat and potatoes. I highly recommend Tiny Pine if you’re in the valley it’s our new go to spot.

Flawless on every account. Short wait bc the restaurant was lively and full was covered by having a tiny tiki bar outside with a delicious pre dinner cocktail and music. Local ribeye enough for two was sublime. Starter of local radish on house made sourdough, Perfection. Service was so good its like we were a party of 3 instead of the two we showed up as. Waffles cones were a lovely reserved way to end a great meal. An oasis of local love and an evening of magic. Thanks for the biscuits as we left, made for a nice breakfast next day!

I was just traveling through and hoping for the best. The small quaint restaurant was packed but they offered to reserve seats at the bar for dinner for us. We ended up being offered that, several tables and a private enclosed porch. We had a warm, picturesque private meal on the porch. Inside was lovely but it was quiet outside. The cocktails were to die for and the food was fresh, likely local and perfectly made. Definitely sneak them into your visit to the Aspen area.

This was my second time eating at Tiny Pine in Carbondale.
The atmosphere is perfect -- Warm, cozy and sophisticated.
The place is full of locals and people were genuinely excited to be there.
There are several different dining areas --: each with a different vibe including a main dining room, bar area, and private porch seating. The building is quaint. and the artwork is understated.
Our server was Kelsey. She was training Cecilia and they were both enthusiastic and obviously enjoying their Guest interactions..
Leslie, the owner, made rounds of all the tables. Her husband, Charles, is the Chef and he came out of a busy kitchen to visit with. ensure Guests were happy.
I had one of the most perfectly prepared hangar steaks I've had anywhere. The Dauphinoise potatoes paired so well with the beef and I'm hunting for that recipe as we speak.
We celebrated my sister's birthday and Charles sent out a special dessert reminiscent of an authentic Norwegian bakery -- waffle cones with lingonberry compote and whipped cream. That was accompanied by a hand-written birthday wish.
Craft martini's and robust red wine were excellent bookends to a memorable meal.
The Aspen Valley is dotted with really great eateries, but Tiny Pine is something special and I'm telling everyone I know to visit it.

This might be the best restaurant in the valley. The fish, the pasta, the fresh Biscuits... wow! Everything was perfect and incredible. Wild King Salmon could not have been cooked more perfectly. The pappardelle pasta was addicting. Highly recommend this place.

We were in town for what I thought was a last minute trip before my now fiancé started his new job, but we also got engaged! This place was a random find while on our trip and it was so nice! I can’t wait to go back! The homemade pasta was so good and the burger and fries was delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend this cozy little bistro!

I'd been wanting to check out Tiny Pine for months and finally made it in last night to celebrate my birthday. I had high expectations, yet it managed to surpass them. Our waitress, Genevieve was delightful, the ambience (watching the snow fall outside as we cozily dined inside) was magical, and the food - OMG THE FOOD! 🥰 Absolutely everything we ordered was incredible. The flavor of the cauliflower app was out of this world. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked, and my husband's branzino was incredibly flavorful. The cocktails and wine were delicious as well, and we managed to snag the last slice of carrot cake for dessert, which was the perfect cherry on top to an incredible evening!! It's certainly not in our budget to come often, though the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We already can't wait to come back - especially to check out the tiki bar out back in the summer! Thank you for being such a gem in the valley!! 🙏🏻
