Finally thought far enough ahead to get a reservation ?. Fantastic dinner and great vibe. Best biscuits (chicken and biscuit) I've ever had! Will definitely be back.

Lovely restaurant with a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious. As for drinks, their pear cocktail is one of the best I've ever had. The restaurant is very expensive, however, I believe it is worth the experience and I would certainly come back again for a special occasion!

My favorite kind of high-end dining features sophisticated comfort food, where stalwart staples are executed with precision and flair. So yes I may be any easy mark for Tiny Pine Bistro, but those dauphinoise style taters can speak for themselves just fine. The environment is cozy and relaxed, the service effortless, genuine, and attentive. Here a classic fried chicken entree sits comfortably next to a more refined tagliatelle pasta dish. Their secret weapon being that there is nothing actually classic about anything on the menu. Familiar favorites are injected with innovative ingredient combinations to mouth-watering effect. The appetizer game here is on another level, and these are without doubt the best craft cocktails you will find in town.Downtown Carbondale's dining scene is a self-sustaining atmosphere; where the old guard of main street's restaurants stand guard, holding off any attempts to invade their domain with anything less than exemplary. Good restaurants come and go here with shocking regularity, partly because being good simply isn't good enough. In such a small town with so much quality food to choose from, you just have to have that special extra "something" to endure. Thankfully, I truly do believe Tiny Pine Bistro has that extra something, and I'm not just selfishly saying that because I want more of those potatoes.

Incredible food— seriously the best meal I’ve had this year. Cozy, lovely, cool ambiance. Service is legit — they know what they’re doing there. Highly recommend! Get the pasta and the chili… and don’t forget the desserts.

A cozy atmosphere with an incredible staff. The entire energy felt like that homemade meal (that you can't quite pull off yourself) with a family (that you actually like). Tiny Pine Bistro is an absolute gem in the mountains. Must visit.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the food and drinks amazing but everyone working there makes you feel so special and appreciated. The attention to detail and guest service is like no other. It’s such a fun, cozy and intimate setting. The portions are large and so is the love, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Went there for a friends birthday party, we had 8 ppl in our group. No one was overly impressed with the food. My burger came out completely raw and I had to send it back. My gf ordered pasta with lobster, the pasta was good but lobster wasn't fresh it was frozen. My friend had to send back a kale salad because it was full of salt. The time I went before I had a similar experience. Nice location and staff was friendly. They were polite and sent food back to the chef to be corrected.

My husband and friends surprised me with dinner at the Tiny Pine Bistro and the food, service, & ambiance were all fantastic. Leslie, the owner, and Stanley (our server) took such great care of us and ensured that we had the most special evening. Thank you for such a great meal! We can’t wait to go back!
