Service was fantastic, the fellow was attentive and food cake quickly. It was all delicious and reasonably priced. My friend had Pho and I had the vermicelli bowl, both were great and the portions large enough to satisfy us for lunch.
Came here tonight on our way home from the airport. We both ordered a large, portions are huge! Our server was very sweet and attentive. Everything was very fresh & flavorful, this will be our new go to on our trips back home from Denver.
There are many pho shops here in town. However, this one tops the first 2 on my entire list and I've been through 30 of them here in Colorado. It's a very beautiful restaurant. It has a long standing of history. And the food is absolutely amazing. I won't even go to Castle Rock itself. I'd rather go to the one in castle. Pines, that's where the are.
