Best brewery in Castle Rock, possibly even in the Denver area. What I love about 105 is that they try a wide variety of Pilsners and Lagers instead of just pumping out a bunch of IPAs. Anyway who knows anything about brewing knows that IPAs are super easy to make. I could probably crank out a decent one in my bathtub. But Lagers are much tricker and harder to hide any imperfections.
105's Dark Mexican Lager is probably my favorite beer I've ever had. Also, make sure to try their pizza. It is awesome as well.

First time here and absolute love the atmosphere. Plenty of seating and beer options. Open concept that doesn’t feel crowded even though there were lots of people which was really neat seeing so many people supporting a local brewery. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends here.

Beer options are plenty, and they also have refrigerated cans. They had one mead option from Honnibrook, which was nice. They have outdoor seating, which is dog friendly. In the afternoon there is limited shade for the pups, though. Indoor seating is for service dogs only. There were two food trucks (pizza and sandwiches/burgers) when we were here and both offered tasty food. The parking lot fills up fast here and the turns are blind as you make your way around the lot, so make sure to go slow.

Awesome brewery. Everything was great from the atmosphere, the staff, the pizza, to the beer. If we were a local, we’d definitely visit this place often. The brewery and food truck are also 100% gratuity free … any cash left goes to the local nonprofit of the month.
