Applebee’s is not necessarily the type of place I would find myself going regularly. However, we receive some gift cards from the holidays, so came into this location while visiting the outlets. The restaurant is extremely clean, the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The service was fantastic, we had an amazing server who really made our visit so great. Additionally, the food was better than I expected. I ordered the limited edition blackened chicken and andouille sausage penne pasta dish which was actually quite good. Also, this is a good place for fun cocktails. We tried 2 different drinks each and all were great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely come back again when we are down this way

Shay at the Castle Rock Applebees is amazing. She remembers our order from the week before, super friendly and fun. We look forward to going to get great food and service every Tuesday.
Shay the bartender rang our meal incorrect, and only offered a free beer and she didn’t know how to make drinks. She complained to all her guests that it was her first night back from two years and she didn’t know what she was doing. Please help her.

If you go to the Applebee's in castle Rock right off the highway ask for Isaac! He has been our sever a few times and he is absolutely AMAZING! He's efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and not bad to look at to be honest. The food was great, Isaac made great recommendations and the cocktails were great. Dinner and drinks were affordable and great tasting, the service was even better!

Food was good. Our waitress could have been more attentive, left was with empty drinks for too long and I had to flag her down just to get her to come over and she wasn’t busy so not sure why she didn’t stop by more. She was very nice though. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This is really an OK place to go. It’s not my favorite but at the same time it’s definitely a go to if you just want an affordable meal that isn’t flashy but will hit the spot. I love their menu on back where two people can eat for $25. It always seems that I can never get two meals for that $25 though. Lol. Whatever it is, I guess I’m always adding extra. lol or taking advantage of the upgraded meals for a couple dollars more There are a lot of tasty options on the menu and the drinks are fun too. I don’t drink alcohol, although they have plenty options there, but I love the flavored teas and the flavored drinks as well as the dirty sodas they have.
