I ordered and pre paid for a hot dog. When I came back at 12 minutes like they said they said it wasn’t ready. Waited 20 minutes and the hot dog was burned. They tried to sell it to me completely burned like nothing was wrong

the staff said it’d be a 20 minute wait so come back, but then 20 minutes later it was still 20 minutes because you have to just order and wait 20 minutes…so… fairly unhelpful way to communicate
