Great brunch food - the crispy potatoes are a real treat - and great interior and exterior. Pot roast was super tender and the chicken and waffles was served well - not whole breast, but cut into strips. Wife thought the waffle was too sweet, but I thought it paired well with the spice on the chicken.

Have eaten here 3-4 times when visiting our daughter, her husband and two granddaughters. Like the large tables in center of the restaurant that seats 6 people comfortable. All meals have been very good. My favorites are the pot roast (so tender) with mashed potatoes and their burgers (with blended meats). My wife loves the spinach chicken wrap with Caesar salad dressing (excellent fries). Tentative waitresses, outside seating available with fire pits and great location.

Somehow in the two years we've lived in Castle Rock, we missed trying Block and Bottle. Just got back from our first time there, and have to say it exceeded our expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews.
