Awful customer service. Ordered Impossible burgers and Alice stated they were frozen together and unable to separate. Alice was very rude. We asked for a refund, because obviously we are vegetarians and cannot eat anything else on the menu. Alice proceeded to turn her back at the drive-in window and other employees walked by laughing at the obvious avoidance to return our money. Ordered a large onion ring and 2 fish to go. Got home and got 1/2 container of french fries and about 6 onion rings on top. What is this! Fries and onion rings cold as ice!
Quite rude & never polite. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is absolutely horrible. I will NEVER go to this BK again.
