Food was absolutely disgusting fries might as well have been rocks burger had an ungodly amount of mustard and ketchup chicken fries tasted odd then we wanted to order a tea and the guy working was absolutely confused by it he said confirm in the app but we didn't order through the app anyway I wouldn't eat here again

Ordered a double whopper with no lettuce and got a single with lettuce. Mozzarella sticks were burnt, and of course, I didn't notice until I got back home

We ordered whoppers and they were all cold and didn't put the toppings and condiments. The guy was nice but the burgers weren't good at all.
The health dept needs to shut this place down. We usually eat at the Burger King across town and its been good. We made the mistake of stopping at this one today. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 soft drinks at the drive through. First sip of a coke and it was horrible. Tasted like cleaning fluid smells. One bite of the sandwich and I almost gagged. Cheese was rancid.There were 2 of us and we both had the same experience. I took the food back into the restaurant and demanded my money back. Clerk broght me 2 new drinks. I took a sip and experienced the same horrible taste. I told the clerk to try it and he refused. They refused a refund. As I left the store, I noticed other people who were in line leaving and going to Wendy‘s across the street. Stay away from this place.

I tried the new fried pickle ranch Whopper, it was delicious. I will probably be trying the other two as well

The employee seemed annoyed by my simple questions about cup size and receipt. I’ve always ordered regular size combos before which are 20 oz cups. The employee claims Medium is regular size. I have been to this location multiple times and this is the first time it happens. I’ve done my research and Medium size is not a regular size. Also, my French fries were cold and super salty. When I asked for my receipt, I was asked if I wanted a Crown too in very sarcastic tone. This is the first time in my life that I’ve been offered a crown in any BK. I understand it is part of the job but never in my life was I ever offered a crown before. I will never buy in this location again which is a shame. I like BK a lot but I rather buy my food at the Starbucks next door with a super friendly staff.

standard Burger King, not too exceptional but fast efficient service. like all burger kings it's best for breakfast if you don't have the time or money to sit down at the waffle house around the corner

I try not too complain about fast food cuz I've literally worked in fast food and I know it's hectic sometimes but when I drove up to the box to order, there was no one there, had to pull up to the second window to order. The guy there was very nice and took my order but left out the straws for our drinks and didn't put in any of the sauces I asked for. Probably just forgot, it happens but overall not a great experience.
