Can't share much as they were closed, while hours say they should be open. Mon Aug 5th, 4pm.

Stopped in for the first time in a long time to use a BOGO. Beer is not the quality it used to be and atmosphere wasn't overly appealing, maybe because the owner George is no longer actively involved in the business. If you are looking for quality beer, I'd keep looking as there are too many breweries in Colorado to have to settle on mediocre beer in my opinion.

Good beer, pleasant staff but can we PLEASE get rid of the sad country music??? I've been here 3-4x, the music is the worst. Ruins the mood.

We were in Colorado Springs to see family and needed a halfway spot to meet friends - and our two under 5 daughters. After running around in a park for a bit, the parents were ready for some tasty adult beverages. Google tried to tell us that Burly was permanently closed, but we dug around a bit and decided it was, in fact, open today, and we're glad it was. Destiny was our beertender, and she was amazing - let us try anything and everything, gave great recs, and on top of all that, she was super friendly with our kiddos. So happy we found Burly today!

Also - beer. Everything was true to the tasting notes and the four of us found stuff we liked from across the spectrum. I really enjoyed the Rise Up Malawi coffee amber and the Camel Up pale ale, and we had kolsches, saisons, lagers with zero complaints. Great selection on tap, so you'll find something you like. Highly recommended.

Great beer, friendly staff, and family friendly! They even have a cabinet of toys! Definitely recommend!! Destiny was so sweet and welcoming.

Nice spot to grab a quick beer close to home after work. They also work with tasty food trucks !!

Good beer and great location - too bad the owner pockets fundraisers versus giving the raised funds to the charity, including the Castle Rock police department

10/10 love it! This place is so cute. The deer and foxes roam around the grass areas! The beer is amazing, I also highly recommend the seltzers!! Friendliest staff and owner! Family friendly!!

Yet another former brewery employee here. While I did get a final paycheck I did not receive a W2 or a paystub (ever). Adding this because I want to try and help any prospective applicants to know that besides missing or potentially late pay, you also don't get any tax information.

If your looking for the tastiest brews and the kindest staff look no further. The moment you walk through those doors your home, its the paradise of castle rock. Bring your friends, family, wife, husband, wifband, husife, and dont forget your dogs! This is the spot forever more.P. S. - our bartender Alyssa was the best. She deserves the world.

Oh boy, where do I even start. This place.. it changed my perspective on life. the friendly staff, bartender etc. were so gentle with my drinks. not only did i feel at home, i felt inspired. once i walked into this gods gift to earth's bar n taco grill, i turned to my lover and said "good golly miss molly. I'm in love" then gave her the most heart filling hug imaginable. the alcohol was calling to me. this place was beautiful. great staff, family friendly, . do i even need to say more? its perfect.

The girl with her arm in the sling, is great and funny. She needs to be kept forever. I will be coming back to talk to her and for the beers.
