Oh boy, where do I even start. This place.. it changed my perspective on life. the friendly staff, bartender etc. were so gentle with my drinks. not only did i feel at home, i felt inspired. once i walked into this gods gift to earth's bar n taco grill, i turned to my lover and said "good golly miss molly. I'm in love" then gave her the most heart filling hug imaginable. the alcohol was calling to me. this place was beautiful. great staff, family friendly, . do i even need to say more? its perfect.

I’m a regular at Burly’s simply because it is so chill, the beers are awesome and Miss Lisa is a super individual. Today my buddy Tim and I paid a visit and I tried the Peggy O Coconut Stout…so goooooood! This stout is just a step above any I have tried! Did I mention our charming Beertender, Celeste? She was such fun to talk to and hang out with. Can’t recommend Burly’s highly enough.
Amazing brewery and awesome staff! I had the pleasure of having a spontaneous dj set at the brewery after the Army/Air Force game in Denver. At the Bolt Brotherhood tailgate, they provided the beer while I provided the djing. We agreed it would be fun to continue the music at their brewery after the game. We showed up, we dj'd, and we had amazing beer! Everyone had a great time and we look forward to more events with your team. FYI, try the Coconut Stout and the Watermelon Kolsch!

Burly used to be our go to place for a good craft beer. Unfortunately, it has gone way downhill, and we have given it many chances over the last few months. Their beer selection has gotten really lame and we keep being told that our go-to beers are being brewed and will be available really soon but when we come back a couple of weeks later, they never are. About 2 months ago we were told that Lisa had taken over the brewing, and they are fixing the problem, but we have been in a few times since then and nothing has changed. Today, they didn't have a single IPA, just more promises that they are on the way. Looks like we will have to stick with the other place just down the road with lower prices and consistent inventory.

Hidden Gem and much needed place to sit and relax with the family mid-week and enjoy great beer (met the Brewmaster, Bill, and the Owner, Lisa who were both fun to talk to about the place, it’s history and their upcoming plans for a new series of beers! 4 brand new IPA’s coming out within weeks - we can hardly wait!).Food truck was delicious and we found out they have a nice rotation of food truck choices as well as plans to open a delicatessen this coming Winter (can you say Reuben???!!!).Burly hosts a variety of events and parties and looks like a great place to plan a celebration. Trivia every week, and live music on the weekend.We have definitely found our new place to hang out.

Really enjoyed the beer flight. Our beertender was fantastic and made really good suggestions. We all had something different and got to sample a nice selection of their beers. We went early, so the atmosphere was totally chill. Would definitely recommend!
