You have to get the chicken absolutely delish and im from Texas.A great vibe and energy in here especially at the bar had great late lunch and a great location with great service and friendly people. Just moved to the area so very pleased having a great place so close

Love this place. Food is consistently good and has everything from comfort food such as fried chicken to really great salads and higher end salmon and trout dishes. Been eating here for decades.
Stopped by and ate the pan fried chicken , mashed potatoes and vegetables and rolls at the counter for lunch. Had a generous portion such that I will have tomorrow and next day for dinner. Server was quick and friendly. Love it here

I had a business meeting at Castle Café and decided to order the Castlewood Canyon Salad — easily one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The grilled chicken breast was tender and perfectly seasoned, the fresh tomato and sweet corn brought a burst of summer flavor, and the creamy avocado paired beautifully with the tangy goat cheese. The toasted almonds added just the right crunch, while the medjool dates gave a touch of natural sweetness that tied everything together. The lemongrass vinaigrette was bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, elevating every bite.
It’s rare to find a salad this well thought out and so satisfying — a true standout dish in a charming setting. I’ll absolutely be coming back for this again.

Had waffles and chicken to go. Soggy waffle. Plain unflavored chicken and a whipped butter that had a pink tint added. Don't know what that was. No good except the rolls and gravy. Wish I had real butter and better syrup.😣 I wont be back🤨.
