My husband and I stopped at Castle Cafe on our way through Castle Rock to Raton. I had read that they had great fried chicken. They were very busy but we were seated right away. Our server was very sweet and friendly. She brought our drinks right away. We both ordered the fried chicken which is 4 pieces, half a chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, and delicious rolls. We already knew it would be a 30 minute wait if you ordered the chicken because they cook it to order. While we...
Great service, delicious food. However it is do loud with conversation, ( can not comprehend any topic of discussion.) Hard to enjoy a meal. Even the music that was playing was drowned out.
