we travel full time with my husbands job, so i always try and find a nutrition place everywhere we go and this one has been my favorite!! i’ve been a few times and everything is always amazing + the vibes are so cute in there! the staff is always super sweet and helpful too :)

I am thrilled to have found Castle Rock Nutrition right down the road! Their shakes and teas are amazing—filling, delicious, and packed with vitamins rather than sugar. The teas are especially incredible; I always notice a boost in my focus and energy, and they taste fantastic! While the price is a bit on the higher side, it's absolutely worth it for such healthy and tasty options. What really sets this place apart is the friendly and welcoming staff. They are always eager to share details about the different options, and I’ve never felt out of place. Thank you for creating not just healthy and delicious shakes and teas, but also a warm and inviting environment that makes me excited to visit. It’s truly the highlight of my day!

Phenomenal healthy Herbalife tea and shake shop in town. The tastiest shakes I have had. Great for a post workout meal, a healthy meal replacement, a light weight caffeine drink, or just a nice treat.

Super tasty, and VERY affordable. We got 2 teas 2 aloe shots and a shake for about $22. These are the prices I rave over compared to other other shops that are $20 for just a combo. They also have fall seasonal flavors which are delicious!

The shop is set up super nice and welcoming. The staff is so kind and friendly, very hospitable. Bright light and modern look. Located on a main strip of town. Outdoor and indoor seating. Nice upbeat music in the background. They also have the Herbalife products sold here in addition to their personal shop clothing which is cute too!

Highly recommend for a nearby tea and protein shake shop. Healthier and happier environment than your typical spot.

This place is awesome. Lost around 30-40 pounds drinking their shakes! Alex and Amanda are awesome and super helpful not only by serving you delicious shakes and teas but they will also help you reach your fitness goals!!

As I walked in , I was welcomed by a friendly employee who helped me decide what to order as it was my first time visiting. Tried the Cherry Glazed Donut shake and I finished it within 10 minutes so safe to say that it tasted great. Will be coming back to try some more flavors!

Stopped in as a last minute thought for a healthy smoothie. Alex, April and Amanda were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a smoothie and a tea, which were both fantastic! There are so many flavors to try. I will definitely be back soon!

$20 for a single smoothie and the most confusing ordering process I have ever experienced.

Went in and stood there studying the menu like a college exam for about 10 minutes. I could not figure out why it kept saying you get a large tea with your shake/smoothie. I was handed a shot of collogen and when I finally just asked for a shake only I was made a super sweet tasting and slightly chalky smoothie that was $20!

I was looking at the information on their walls when I noticed it was an HERBALIFE product. So that explains the expensive shake--it's a MLM company disguised as a smoothie shop.

I walked out in disbelief that I actually paid $20 for a smoothie. CRAZY!

Love this place!! Shakes and teas are delicious, and filling! My husband is a regular, and the owners are wonderful! They have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Shop is always spotless and bright and service is excellent! Highly recommend if you are into health drinks and want a quality product from friendly people!

CRN is the my absolute favorite spot to go to for tea and protein shakes!! I loved it so much I even bought the powders for myself at home. The owners are extremely friendly and kind humans and the environment is relaxing and fun! My go to drinks are the Jolly Rancher tea and the Salted Carmel shake!
