Went into CRN for the first time today and was immediately greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Met Amanda and Steve who were more than happy to have a conversation and help me through my first order!

Highly recommend a coffee shake and tea for a post-workout pick me up!

I absolutely love Castle Rock Nutrition! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming—it truly feels like a little community every time I stop by. The drinks are amazing (seriously, the best!), and they always brighten my day. What really sets this place apart, though, is the thoughtful service. Alex is incredible—he brings my drinks right out to my car so I don’t have to unload both of my very young kids. That kind of kindness and attention to detail means the world to me as a busy parent. Love this little spot!! It’s grown since the first few times I’ve been in and I’ve always been obsessed! The owners are so nice and welcoming and always so pleasant to be around. The menu is delicious, teas are tasty and refreshing, and the service is top notch. Always has me coming back for more. If I didn’t move out of CR I would be here daily.

Love these people! The shakes and teas are an added bonus to our health and daily wellbeing too!! Go see them, have your day brightened and take care of yourself while you’re at it.

The product is really good and I would come here all the time but the ordering process is bizarre and dissuades me from shopping there. My recommendation would be to offer individual menu options (I.e. shakes, tea, or shot) for purchase and not require the ordering of all three for $14. In all my traveling I’ve never seen a menu structured like that. It’s very inconvenient as a consumer where I could be doing any number of errands and don’t want to carry around both a tea and a shake, then it also adds unnecessary cost to me as a consumer where I simply just want one drink not both. The ordering process also dissuades me from recommending it to friends or family when they’re in town for all the same reasons. My opinion is I just feel like this shop is really missing out on an opportunity for a lot more business if this ordering process was simply fixed to add the flexibility of ordering individual items. There’s really not another shop like this where I’d like to go get a smoothie after a workout but the menu structure is just too bizarre, doesn’t make any sense

Crn has become a staple in my diet. After my workouts it’s so nice to get a healthy shake along with a tea and aloe! Amanda and Alex and the absolute best and are always so helpful with any questions I have!

Absolutely love this place. Amazing, high protein, low sugar shakes. I use tons of their other products at home and love them. Alex and Amanda, the owners, are amazing people and so fun to see everyday (yes, I come here way too much).

we travel full time with my husbands job, so i always try and find a nutrition place everywhere we go and this one has been my favorite!! i’ve been a few times and everything is always amazing + the vibes are so cute in there! the staff is always super sweet and helpful too :)
