I’ve been a fan of CastleDough bread and so I jumped at the opportunity to take their first ever Sourdough bread making class. Wow! It felt like having an expert friend teaching you. Coy is so knowledgeable and kind- you can clearly see his passion for bread. He spent over four hours with us in his home taking us from start to finish- flours, starter, shaping, Dutch oven vs open baking, etc. We sampled bread made with different flours, and were sent home with everything we could need to begin and succeed in our bread making journey. I cannot recommend enough both CastleDough products and the Sourdough making course. Thank you so much, Coy!

Coy and his team genuinely care about the quality of the baked goods they make. It's like they're baking for their favorite person on the planet, and that person is you.

The sourdough bread is the absolute best, if you plan on making a grilled cheese, this is the stuff you want. We made a stuffing with this as well and it came out great. Sweet tooth, make sure you grab cookies or a scone, I promise you will not be disappointed.
