I debated writing this review but I have to give my honest opinion. I love this chick-fil-a. We visit often, however, this week was a different story. I ordered a large catering order for a physicians office as I typically do every week or so at the Parker location and this store did not meet my expectations whatsoever. I waited and they were quick with my order, but for an order of 8 people they literally gave us the dessert size plates, no tongs for the salad or nuggets and no spoon for the large macaroni. I spoke with Dan and although a nice guy, he didn’t seem to care about the fact that a dessert plate just isn’t going to cut it. When I called back about the utensils, he did offer a dessert on them times 2. The difference is this location and the Parker location, is that the Parker CFA offers you something to drink with such a large order, writes a thank you card and genuinely seems happy that you choose them for your catering needs. I learned a lesson here and will no longer be ordering catering any longer. As someone who also works in customer service, this was a true let down. There were maybe 10 people inside at this point, so it definitely was not an issue of being overly busy, just an over site. I really wanted this to be my preferred store moving forward but customer service is of great importance as I continue to support CFA.

Just recently switched stores and thus have discovered the Castle Rock location! Great location and friendly staff also with great service. Though they have not taken the time to get to know me like Adam's staff did, I miss you guys! I do like this location also...

Drink we ordered had no syrup. Easy fix right? Just get one and make sure the machine is working. No, give me another one without syrup. Then make me stand ignored next to the counter and then wait for the syrup to be changed. Oh and thanks for the cold food after all that. Stupid.

The servers are always nice and talkative. They are very helpful, friendly, and I haven't had a bad experience! The food is always fresh and warm, but the one down side is the parking. The parking lot is small, and is a one way, which causes a huge backup. They also have so many to-go spots, so there is even less parking. Everything else is great!
Daniel comped out our order for a deluxe even though it could of been my wife's mistake. Dudes a great manager and helped me a lot great chain always fast with a great manager can't complain

The restaurant was running at peak performance and, despite there being many people in line, both in the drive-thru and at the register we got served quickly. But one employee, Hayvin did an exceptional job. She was attentive both at and not at the register, and made us feel very welcome.
