I love Chick-fil-A pickles and always ask for extra on my sandwich and the nice gentleman, Zach, asked me how many extra I would like and my reply was “as many as you can shove on there!” And that is exactly what I got! 10/10 would recommend 🙂 Thanks for making this pickle lovers’ day!

I really enjoy going here, friendly folks and good food. The only thing I seem to take issue with is the handling of online orders. I have ordered online twice through a coworker and personally put in my orders to receive no sauce. Granted I understand that orders with multiple people have quite a few things in them, but give us maybe 2 packets for three people, while having none of the sauce I ordered, leaves a poor impression. Otherwise I do recommend this place.
TL;DR please remember to give sauce in online orders :)
I love CFA. I ordered inside for a to-go order. Although there was no one in line, it took a little long to receive my food. Then when I got it it was wrong. I'm glad I checked the bag before I left. But then I had to wait, again, a little too long. Nobody apologized for my order being wrong. Or me having to wait. That would have gone a long way for me. Another thing is this restaurant has an awkward pickup area for food-not much space to stand and wait, you feel like you are in the way. I came for breakfast on my way home from DIA to Pueblo on this trip. I also came back later in the week, also on the way home from DIA to Pueblo, this time for dinner with my husband and daughter. We ordered inside to-go. All our food was correct. But wait time was still too long. I will probably go to the other CFA in Castle Rock on my next trip.

I ordered a salad with chicken on the side and I'm pretty sure they made the salad, added chicken, and scooped it out, as there were traces of chicken in the salad, and lettuce and bacon bits in the chicken cup.
Great place if you're wanting some tasty chicken 🐔 prices are real high.

What’s the point in asking what sauce do you like at the drive thru when you don’t include one, even after I said I would like chik fil a sauce on my order. Had to eat bland and the carline was too long to go back just for sauce. Totally dissatisfied with the service. Butterfinger or Raisin nuts survey was totally a distraction for customers to not check on order contents.
