I just wanted to shout out the amazing employee who took our order in the drive-thru this morning. From the moment we pulled up, they made everything so easy and smooth. They were patient, clear, and genuinely kind while helping us decide what to order. What really stood out was how attentive they were! They eveb kept an eye out for deals and made sure we got the best value, even applying a little discount for us. That level of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. It felt like they truly cared about our experience, not just getting through the line. Customer service like that is why we keep coming back. I’ve been really disappointed with this location lately. I always place a curbside order, & my wait times have gotten longer & longer. A few times, when I’ve gone in to check on my order, my items have been sitting on the counter, ready to go, & not brought out to the car.

This place will not accommodate your requests my son only eats the oranges and they said they would not give me only oranges for fruit… other locations do without hesitation. I guess the managers get charged the oranges at this location. Go to the other chick fil a in castle rock not this one. Avoid this one if you have food preferences.

This Cfa is the better of the ones in Castle Rock, I don't eat at Cfa as much since I got raw chicken at the other CR location, but if I'm craving it I'm def getting my meal from this location.

Ordered a sausage-egg sandwich for breakfast and somehow ended up with a chicken-egg sandwich instead. Not even close to what I asked for. By the time I got to work and opened it, the mistake meant I had no breakfast and a cold chicken patty staring at me. I wasn’t in the mood for chicken at 8AM, so it went straight into the trash. For a place that prides itself on accuracy and service, this was a letdown.

when i was in 7th or 8th grade back in covid some lady was really nice and gave me free cfa a bunch of times after id scooter 2 miles one way in a completely different direction just to get there
However that short front end chick was today, 10 3 25 am 8ish was the WORST I have seen in years. She's gonna make your name look bad. Rude, short, not polite at all. I expect her to be at wallmart not here.

The place is not well kept. The tables are always dirty and messy with food crams. Nobody is cleaning the tables after the customer left. The restrooms are also dirty.
