I am always a fan of chick fila but was blown away by the amazing grace and service I just received. I forgot my wallet at home, but didn’t realize it until I pulled up to pay. Flustered and apologetic I was about to pull off, but the cashier stopped me. They comped my meal and wished me a good day.

Chick-fil-A is usually pretty good but lately their portions are getting smaller and their prices are getting more expensive. Not only that but the food quality is going down. Yesterday morning, I got a breakfast sandwich where the egg was thicker than the actual chicken. The bread was so burnt, I had to rip off the sides of it. And I actually ended up giving it to my dog because the chicken was so thin and dry. Chick-fil-A used to be one of the better fast food places in there so they going downhill. Kind of sad:/
Chic-Fil-A is the healthiest fast food money can buy and the employees are well trained to make your day a fulfilling one.

I went through the Drive thru with 2 orders. The girl in the drive through was very confused about how to process two separate orders at the same time (she should have just processed them individually). After I paid for mine the second order for my passenger went away along with his points for a free small fry. She replaced the order and collected payment and then told us they would help us at the window with the small fry but when we got to the window the manager was looking for payment from the passenger for a second time. My passenger showed her that the payment went through on his banking app but she insisted that they weren't going to get paid for it. We insisted that they were and with an attitude she said, "We'll just take care of it for you this time." We asked about my passenger's small fry and she refused to give it to us because "they didn't get paid anyway" even though we showed her the payment on the bank app. On top of that she never even gave us his lemonade. Oh and so far from saying "my pleasure," she looked absolutely miserable to be there. The customer service was atrocious and the attitude worse. How does it make sense that they messed up the ordering process to that degree but we got her attitude and abuse instead of the food we paid for?
