I ordered chipotle and it tasted so good that I started eating a little too fast and I started choking to death but the employee Danny came to my rescue! He pounded on my chest until a piece of chicken came flying out into the air. Then he swooped me off my feet and took me to my car and told me to drive safe and to have a nice day. Danny is the man!

The food was cold and soggy fries the people working were not really nice they wouldn’t talk and give me my change because I don’t think fries and a smashing costs $16+ I use to work at the other one and this chick fila can never seem to get their job right they don’t say my pleasure ether which I’m sure last time I checked they had to if I was anyone I wouldn’t go here I would rather go to the other one where they actually know how to do their job

Your customer service was truly first class!! It made me cry. I am a pediatric ER nurse and have been sick for 2 days. I drove to this location for chicken noodle soup. I was at the drive through and the girl told me they were out of soup. I replied with disappointment and explained I wasn't feeling well. I ordered something small because I was locked in line. When I got to the window she told me to pull into a space. They put soup in the cooker and she would bring it out to me. Then told me there was no charge. I cried...her kindness made me cry. Thank you for going the extra mile Jaylee to care for me.
Parking: I try not to go at the normal lunch time as it is almost impossible to get to a parking spot. Even with handicapped placards. ♿️
