I phoned in an order for pickup, right off the bat they knew who I was, my order total was $50.67. I was informed that I must give them my credit card number and pay over the phone for orders over 50.00... that's not happening.
Considering I am a known, they wouldn't even consider waiving that for 67 cents. I know this is a big pet peeve, but seriously, to pull this kind of crap with a known customer. One thing is for damn sure, I'm not giving you my credit card number over the phone.
However, food is great. Atmosphere need some work, but your policies are ridiculous.
If you really think everybody's trying to rip you off, what do you think's going on with the rest of the public. Once again, I'm not giving you my credit card number over the phone.

We were introduced by a friend to have dinner here. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, but the environment was a bit noisy. There were children running around the hall with knives and yelling, so we took the food home after a few bites.
After a few years we decided to give it another shot. Terrible food. It was renovated and maybe new owners? Spring rolls were frozen, I asked and they actually said they changed because customers did not like the ones made from scratch. Fried rice was just old rice with some soy sauce in it, I asked to upgrade fried rice and no upgrade price, have to buy separate a rice dish and pay $12 more to throw in a few carrots, shrimp etc so I passed. Main course was just OK. Food seriously over priced too. Service was fine but why serve low quality food, I guess the trend is higher prices and lower quality food.
New owners took over a while back and are terrific! They invested a lot of money in remodeling. Vivian is very sweet and very accommodating. She goes out of her way to ensure special requests (vegetarian) are handled well. It is not fancy, but it is consistently good food and service!
The milk tea has a mellow black tea base, rich fresh milk, and is super satisfying with small ingredients
There are rich varieties, the taste is authentic and unique, and every bite is a surprise for the taste buds.

Went in for dinner and had pretty good food with really great service. Building is modernly decorated and very well kept, nice atmosphere.
The shrimp dumplings have thin skin and large fillings, the steamed buns are soft, glutinous and fragrant, and the combination of Chinese and Western ideas is too novel.
I found this restaurant on google after I got something from the castle rock outlet.best Chinese restaurant around castle rock.the food is delicious and great service.highly recommend.
The food is good and the people’s is very nice.good service and will be come back one to two time a a week.
Homemade milk tea is amazing, the aroma of tea and milk is perfectly blended, and the sweetness can be freely selected.
