I ordered online and the worker gave TEN PIECES OF STEAK. This is unacceptable because I payed FOURTY DOLLARS for this food and once again got TEN PIECES OF STEAK. I feel utterly scammed and don’t even want to eat the food anymore. This has strengthened my trust in Qdoba. They give me good portions.

We walked into this establishment it was absolutely horrific filthy tables, filthy floor, filthy condiments, and soda was just absolutely horrible empty station of drinks and waters. The food was absolutely horrendous. Everything was thrown around and dirty no food. I asked when the meat was going to be cut. He said in five minutes while they were all standing there socializing, I will not recommend this place to anybody. This was horrific and it’s in a middle class high class area and it was horrendous. I will not recommend this place. Absolutely at all.

Ordered from here and go the worst burrito bowl. Do not order delivery from this place.

If you're craving a burrito that’s as loaded with flavor as it is with generosity, the Castle Rock Chipotle is your spot. The crew here doesn’t just serve food—they serve up kindness, enthusiasm, and portions that would make a linebacker blush.

Let’s talk about that burrito. They didn’t just add queso—they lathered it on like it was a love language. And the protein? Extra doesn’t even begin to cover it. Whether you’re team chicken, steak, or barbacoa, they pile it high with zero hesitation and full commitment to your satisfaction.

But what really sealed the deal was their attention to detail. One of the employees noticed I hadn’t scanned my app yet and went out of their way to make sure I got every last point. That kind of thoughtfulness turns a quick lunch into a loyal return visit.

Castle Rock Chipotle isn’t just a fast-casual stop—it’s a place where generosity is part of the recipe. Five stars, extra queso, and all the gratitude.

I’ve had bad experiences with this location in the past, but haven’t been around in a few months so I decided to see if things had improved.

Came around 3pm and nearly all the food trays were empty. Everything was cold. Rice was stale and hard, most options were unavailable, even the hot sauce bottles were empty. Only one drink container had anything left in it. Dirty floors and countertops. I threw away my bowl after two bites.

Doesn’t look like this location is a priority for the owner.

Ordered food delivery, got dropped off at the wrong place, in the mean Time got multiple text messages from the driver that they have bigger orders to deliver so they just dropped off the food at a random place and just left

I've never had an issue with chiptole but here was def the worst experience I've had so far. After they messed up my order, they did offer to remake it but the ladies who made it just tossed the food on the bowl without any care. I had way too much lettuce falling off the top I threw most of it away.

Sizable portions. Three tacos tightly wrapped in foil does not work well. Ends up being a big mess you eat with a spoon. There ought to be a eat in option to avoid the wrapping up in foil.

Chicken had been sitting around for awhile it look and tasted like. Every visit the portions get smaller. Had to ask several times for more rice & cheese even with the fact that I did not get any other toppings.

Ordered online here and their portion sizes were half of what you get if you go to a different location. Not to mentioned they got my order wrong. When I asked for Carnitas I got chicken and when I asked for black beans they gave me pinto beans. It took an hour for the driver to even pick up our food and it was cold when it arrived. A horrible experience especially when you’re trying to get food when you yourself are having a busy day at work. Definitely do not recommend this place. The one on promenade is leaps and bounds better than this one. Though it’s not hard to outdo this location since they only give you five ok-ish pieces of chicken when you order carnitas. Ridiculous amount of money spend for such poor quality.
