Not the best Chipotle experience. Food was lacking in quality!

We ordered a door dash from this location, they gave us a kids bag of chips and a bowl that's maybe 1/5 full instead of a full chip order and a normal serving for the bowl.

I went at 7pm, and they were completely out of queso, black beans, and regular beans — some of the most basic items on their menu. This is absolutely unacceptable. How does a place like this run out of such essentials? It’s beyond disappointing, and frankly, ridiculous. I’m clearly not the only one who’s upset after reading other customers reviews about this location. This location has a serious problem with product and inventory management. If its due to a food outage shortage.. stay closed unless you can provide a more appropriate amount of menu items.

Had to leave empty handed as they were out of multiple items due to outage? Should have closed til fixed. Staff trying to do their best. May need a new manager!!!

if you are looking for a burrito full of gristle steak, this is the place! Not a single lean cube of meat in the burrito, all chewy nasty. How can you offer this to your clients? So inconsiderate.

Always out of something. I finally got steak after it be sold out twice, ans it was awful. Lots of unchewable pieces and I shit liquid the next day. I won’t bother eating chipotle anymore

I am only writing this after my 3rd poor visit to this location. I love Chipotle so for me to write a poor review is not something I am happy about.

This location is new however I still have yet to have a visit where the staff is polite and the food is up to Chipotle's standards. This visit in particular my chips were chewy and the rice was not fully cooked.

Hope this feedback reaches the team so they can become aware of these issues. Thank you

Terrible portions. Wife had a bowl 1/4 full and they didn’t said our order was ready for pickup and I get there and they hadn’t even made it yet.

Second time that portions have been low.

I really like this new Chipotle, food was good, the team members were friendly, they seemed busy and rushed though. Could've slowed down a little bit making the burritos, because it ending up being done a little sloppy. Overall, it was good though and I appreciate the friendly service ?

Shout out to this location for having our online order ready on time, and getting it 100% correct. Ingredients were fresh and the portions are huge!

Yummy, as always!
My one suggestion is to build the salad or bowl into the aluminum side of the dish and use the paper side as the lid so the dish doesn't get soggy.

Imagine so many one star reviews and they still don’t care to fix anything. Incompetent company. Don’t give them any money.

Apparently wrapping a burrito is too difficult for staff here at the chipotlane….this is what I open my food up to. After they forgot my drink as well.

Ordered online. Walked in when app said it would be ready, it wasn’t which normally isn’t an issue but there was no one in line and I was told by I’m guessing the manager that they were backed up. That’s all he said except then asked an employee to check on my order. It was ready when they looked for it. Bought two bags of chips and guac two bowls and a kids taco. The bowls were delicious, except for pieces of burnt chicken in one bowl. The chips were fried in very old oil, they were not “lovingly crafted”. for a newer store I would expect a bit more.
