We had a great meal here. The fellow making our bowls was super friendly and gave us good size portions of the toppings which hasn’t always happened here or at other locations in the past. Wish I would’ve gotten his name. We got the barbacoa and chicken bowls and it was all very tasty and fresh. Only reason for the 4 star is because we were lured here with the offer of a free side of their new adobo ranch, which actually was very good. However they only give you a very skimpy...

Very often when I come to the pick up lane, there is someone sitting at the window not simply picking up their food. If the customer doesn’t understand how the pickup lane works, politely ask them to park. The app lets you know when your order is ready. Let people know how it works, so those whose orders are ready can pick up. I love Chipotle but this keeps ruining my experience here.
