Teekay made our whole night when he frosted our minibons to perfection! Elliot was very courteous. We will gladly drive from Aurora for the great customer service we received!
I stoped by the store Sunday almost 7:30pm
I order 5 small pieces of cinnamon rolls
Small side
They charge me 27 dollars
That was ridiculous price
I understand price is up
But 5 dollars each is crazy
This was the very small sides
Won’t ever back here
Food was awesome, as usual. But if your employees are going to wear gloves to handle the food, they shouldn't be making it with their hair everywhere.
I drove 30 minutes to the Castle Rock location to pull the handle of a locked door. Location signage as of today, 2025 Jan 29, states business hours end at 8:00pm. I stood in front of a locked door at 7:32pm. Members, one female, and one male turned away from the windows to not acknowledge guests at the door. A courtesy to closing early justifiably would be to acknowledge and provide an explanation for an inconvenience. Unfortunate visit and I hope personnel can be held accountable to better customer service in hospitality.
I had a terrible experience. I placed an online order to pick up And when I got there, they informed me they sold out of the boxes. What is the point of putting an order in online for a specific time if they’re just going to sell your box you have already paid for. When I asked for a refund, they didn’t know how to give one of those, The employee nor the manager knew how to give out a refund. So I paid for items I never received. Both the employee and manager looked clueless.

I waited to review thinking maybe it was just a one off.
The first time I went in and after waiting in line I found they didn’t have any pretzels so they said to wait another 10 minutes and they would make some. I did.
The pretzel was so small I’d never seen one that small so I said something and the manager, who actually made it said it was thick. Total BS as it was thin. So I waited again and they made another. This was even thinner but normal size. The manager actually took the small one (maybe 4” across) and put it back up for sale.
The last time was yesterday. Pretzel was hard, relatively stale and had a bad tase to it.
My suggestion is maybe the owner should take some initiative and teach the manager to care about the customers. I’m done.

Quick note: This is more of an issue with the online ordering and not the employees. Great store, just go in person and don't order online.
Fantastic place, but I wouldn't recommend placing an online order here about 2-1.5 hours before they close. I placed a small online order here about 1 and a half hours before they closed, thinking they'd be able to make my order. Turns out they were not able to, said the kitchen was closed for the night and that anything that was available would be behind the viewing glass.
I love this place but if their kitchen closes at a certain time I'd like for that to be on their app just so I don't waste my time or the employees' time with a refund. I sadly didn't get a refund but instead got got 2 discount coupons on my account (I didn't know this until I went to order the other day). I don't mind this but I would have preferred getting my money back instead.
Again, I adore this place and it's staff. I just suggest going in person to order and not online. Especially since online doesn't tell you when their kitchen closes or the fact that you can't get a refund for an item if it's not available. Something the developers for the app should fix and/or corporate.

Only one Cinnabon at 7:00 PM on a Friday night. Definitely a big “bruh moment” they had a whole dozen and then some sitting on top of the oven. Staff seemed a lil confused as to why they couldn’t sell them either. The cold Cinnabon was still good though. I don’t know the procedure but if you’re open till 8 I’d figure you’d still have stock or the means to cook some up until 7:45-7:50. Rare Cinnabon L.

Awful service.
The Auntie Anne’s pretzels are probably good when they’re fresh, but you’ll never know because they never are. And the lemonade is pretty weak. It’s a waste of money. Resist the urge.
