They leave their milk out on the counter while making drinks. There were 3 different jugs of milk that were never put back into a refrigerator. Even Starbucks knows to put it back into refrigeration. I won't go to coffee shops that leave their milk out, it ruins lattes and is lazy. They also have a memu on a screen that changes to some logo ever 3 seconds, making it hard to see what they have.

Love this coffee shop! If you want to work, chat with a friend, sit and read for a bit. It does get quite busy in the morning, so set your expectations to wait in a line, but it is well worth it. Love that they have seasonal flavors for every season, keeping the latte flavors fresh and friendly people behind the counters.

Legitimately, Hands down the world’s best hot chocolate! Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. It’s like a warm hug in a cup that you hope never ends. If you’re a hot chocolate lover, this place is a must-visit. Fun fact this cafe was featured in a movie! Their chai and coffees are also great and even sell some candles I want to try.

Good cup of coffee and the people are nice. It's ideal if the weather is right for sitting outside. Depending on who is working, the music can create a loud, amped up environment. Unmanaged barking dogs do happen. Best if you can sit outside.

Don’t get the pumpkin latte. Tastes like chemicals. Not worth $8.00. Real weird set up. Menus are basically on the roof. Wish castle rock could actually get a good coffee spot.

Very cute little coffee shop! My book club meets here often, plenty of places to sit for all group sizes! Outdoor areas and inside. The drinks are very tasty and the chocolate croissant is to die for. They have some events here from time to time, two of which I've seen are a birds of prey (raptors) showing and a therapy/service dog visitor!
What a fun time we had at the latte art throw down tonight!! We got to vote on so many baristas designs while having free drinks and cookies. There were prizes (I won two gift cards thank you very much) The place is set up really cute, just off Wilcox, great environment and manager is a sweetheart 😊

I had a whole 20min meeting with someone before I got my coffee, ordered at 4:30 and only one other customer was around. Employees were gossiping and made remarks about me asking for a cold brew. Disappointing with how many positive reviews I see of their customer service.
