3rd time in row that the order was missing the chocolate waffle cone.. other then that this place is ok...

The place was very dirty, Ice cream was mixed with other toppings that I didn’t ask for. The workers were hooting and hollering the whole time making the experience unpleasant.

Outstanding! Fast and friendly, and more than willing to accommodate my wife’s ridiculous requests and concoctions. Serving up smiles and adding one of their own for free. Way beyond 5 stars!

Legendary staff. Always treated well and the ice cream is great.

My wife placed a large order with company at the house. It was delivered by DoorDash or Uber Eats. Not sure but both companies are worthless. We only received a tenth of the order. After contacting Cold Stone, and with no help from the worthless delivery company, Ben (General Manager) delivered the rest of our order. Thank you Ben for going above what you did. My wife and I greatly appreciate the added service.

I don’t agree at all. I believe they made the wrong size reread it and dropped it in and called it good. This store has frequent issues with rude and lazy employees. I looked over the last issue about a year or so ago because it was one of the few places with dairy free ice cream but never again. They need significant improvements to be made across the board to address this and stop making excuses.

This is possibly the most unethical thing I’ve ever seen. I paid for the largest size and they gave me the smaller size and hid the small cup in the large cup and missing the waffle cone bowl. Unfortunately it was an order and I can’t get a refund for this.

The service is very slow. There are not enough employees to attend to the costumers.

This is my favorite go-to! There are so many options to choose from. Join the rewards program for the best experience! I love to get my ice cream and go across the street to target and eat my ice cream while I shop or look around.

Kid-friendliness: They do have kids sizes and many flavors to choose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: Someone will need to help with the door.

I spent twenty eight dollars here just to get ripped off. The girl that did my ice cream barely put any toppings in, and barely mixed it too. When she put it in the cup it was halfway empty and instead of taking it out and adding more icecream she did tiny scoops on top and called it a day.

Got ice cream tonight. Had ordered a love it chocolate devotion with a peanut allergy. Wanted extra syrup and chocolate chips. Also wanted it to be the correct size we ordered and this is what we got. This place is always hit or miss with if they give you the right amount of anything. A little upsetting considering the price of this bs.
