Way too expensive

This is how I was handed my shake. I understand that ordering no whip can make the shake look less full, but this was noticeably underfilled. On top of that, the last few visits have come with attitude and very minimal customer service. Super disappointed.

This is the last time I will go to a Cold-stone Creamery. It’s been twice now that I’ve went to one and have been given significantly less than my fiancé. We ordered the same size, but I got less ice cream both times. This doesn’t happen all the time. I am not sure if it is a race thing or that my luck is down more than hers, but if they are going to give others more than me because “thats the proper serving size”, then I will find somewhere else to get the same portion as everyone else every time. I look around and literally everyone else has more. Don’t know what it’s about, but I know there is better business elsewhere.

The store was clean, the ice cream was perfect, and the overall vibe was awesome. You can really tell when someone cares about their job, and Matthew definitely does. If you stop by this Cold Stone, hope you’re lucky enough to have him help you out. Excellent customer service, 10/10 experience — will definitely be back!

3rd time in row that the order was missing the chocolate waffle cone.. other then that this place is ok...

The place was very dirty, Ice cream was mixed with other toppings that I didn’t ask for. The workers were hooting and hollering the whole time making the experience unpleasant.

Outstanding! Fast and friendly, and more than willing to accommodate my wife’s ridiculous requests and concoctions. Serving up smiles and adding one of their own for free. Way beyond 5 stars!

Legendary staff. Always treated well and the ice cream is great.

My wife placed a large order with company at the house. It was delivered by DoorDash or Uber Eats. Not sure but both companies are worthless. We only received a tenth of the order. After contacting Cold Stone, and with no help from the worthless delivery company, Ben (General Manager) delivered the rest of our order. Thank you Ben for going above what you did. My wife and I greatly appreciate the added service.

I don’t agree at all. I believe they made the wrong size reread it and dropped it in and called it good. This store has frequent issues with rude and lazy employees. I looked over the last issue about a year or so ago because it was one of the few places with dairy free ice cream but never again. They need significant improvements to be made across the board to address this and stop making excuses.

This is possibly the most unethical thing I’ve ever seen. I paid for the largest size and they gave me the smaller size and hid the small cup in the large cup and missing the waffle cone bowl. Unfortunately it was an order and I can’t get a refund for this.

The service is very slow. There are not enough employees to attend to the costumers.

This is my favorite go-to! There are so many options to choose from. Join the rewards program for the best experience! I love to get my ice cream and go across the street to target and eat my ice cream while I shop or look around.

Kid-friendliness: They do have kids sizes and many flavors to choose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: Someone will need to help with the door.
