Had the prime rib dip one of the best French dips I have ever had. Absolutely delicious!! Also, made sure to ask for the server’s name because she was incredible. Emily was very attentive and pleasant. She recommended the dip and it was phenomenal. She did a great job of checking on our table consistently, making sure to replenish any empty drinks or answer any questions we had. A very delightful addition to Downtown Castle Rock! My favorite part was the OYSTER BAR! I'm so glad we have this here! The minongette was so refreshing. We also had the Atlantic Salmon. I loved the colorful display of all the colors and sweet drop peppers! The wings were also very tasty. The herb whipped potatoes were so good. My kiddo ate ALL his food too! Great atmosphere and good vibes all around!
